Job Description – Sales Executive (Healthcare Segment)Company Overview
Thermaissance is an Indian deep\-tech healthcare company specializing in smart medical textiles and infection\-control solutions for hospitals and healthcare institutions. Our innovative products are designed for ICU, OT, NICU, dialysis, and critical care environments, focusing on infection prevention, thermoregulation, patient safety, and reusable medical textile solutions.
We are expanding our Healthcare Division and are looking for dynamic, result\-oriented professionals to join our team.
Position
- *Sales Executive – Healthcare Segment**
- *Location:** Delhi**Experience:** 2\+ Years
Key Responsibilities
· Drive sales and business development for healthcare and hospital products across the assigned territory.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nursing staff, purchase departments, biomedical teams, and key decision\-makers in both **Government and Private Hospitals**.
· Generate new business opportunities in **Operation Theatre (OT), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)** segments.
· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, clinical discussions, and product evaluations with healthcare professionals.
· Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to expand market reach.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Maintain market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback reports.
· Support product trials, customer onboarding, post\-sales follow\-up, and relationship management.
· Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Required Experience \& Skills
· Minimum **2\+ years of experience** in healthcare or medical device sales.
· **Mandatory experience working with both Government and Private Hospitals.**
· **Hands\-on sales experience in OT (Operation Theatre) and ICU segments is mandatory.**
· **Experience in NICU products or neonatal care will be a strong advantage.**
· Experience in handling hospital purchase processes, tender opportunities, and institutional sales will be preferred.
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Self\-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets independently.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualification
