Sr. Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager to expand our toothbrush and tongue cleaner business across Uttar Pradesh. The candidate should have strong experience in wholesale and general trade sales, a good understanding of local markets, and the ability to develop a strong network of wholesalers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits and generate orders from wholesalers and general trade partners.
• Develop new distributors, wholesalers, and retail trade accounts.
• Expand market reach and product availability across key towns and cities in Uttar Pradesh.
• Achieve sales targets and generate repeat business.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and product dispatch.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding collections.
• Track competitor activities and submit regular sales and market visit reports.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in wholesale, general trade, or FMCG sales.
• Strong knowledge of Uttar Pradesh's wholesale markets and distribution network.
• Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-management skills.
• Experience in distributor and channel partner management.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh.

• *Preferred Industry Experience:** Oral care, toothbrushes, personal care, or FMCG products.

Compensation \& Benefits

75,000 package plus performance\-based incentives. The final salary structure, incentive plan, and travel arrangements will be discussed during the interview.
