Sr. Service Engineer (West)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Sr. Service Engineer (West) to join our dynamic technical team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support across the western region, ensuring our customers receive reliable, timely, and effective solutions.

As a Sr. Service Engineer, you will leverage your extensive technical expertise to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize complex equipment and systems. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to resolve technical challenges, provide training, and implement preventative maintenance plans.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide advanced technical support and on\-site service to customers in the western region, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain complex systems and equipment, adhering to company standards and safety regulations.
• Diagnose and repair faults using rigorous analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to communicate customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Conduct thorough training sessions and technical demonstrations for customer personnel to maximize equipment utilization.
• Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed reports on service activities and product performance.
• Stay up\-to\-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance service capabilities and adapt to evolving client needs.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and professionalism in all aspects of work.

• *Qualifications and Experience:**

• Proven experience in service engineering or a related technical role, preferably supporting complex mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, system diagnostics, and repair methodologies.
