Sr. Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced **Sr.Site Engineer** to oversee site activities for **construction**. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, quality control, and coordination with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of the project.

• *Job Skills**

• Regularly liaise with subcontractors, architects, engineers, surveyors, planners, supervisors \& anyone else involved in the project.
• Frequently meet with the client to update them on the progress of the project.
• Monitor and interpret technical designs and drawings, ensuring they are applied correctly.
• Negotiate, agree and oversee (with quantity surveyors) the choice and price of materials to be utilized on the project.
• Set out, level and survey the site.
• Manage the site on a day\-to\-day basis.
• Provide cost\-effective proposals, solutions and alternatives for the project.
• Make sure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and deadlines.
• Provide technical advice and solve any on\-site problems that occur.
• Prepare and create site reports, as well as complete any necessary paperwork.
• Ensure that health and safety policies are obeyed.
• It’s not always required, but for some projects, you’ll have to communicate with the local authority to make sure you comply with local regulations and by\-laws

• *Qualifications \& Skills:**

• B.TECH / B.E. in civil
• Minimum 8\-10 years of experience as a Site Engineer, with exposure to construction industry.
• Knowledge of **site execution, QA/QC, AutoCAD**.
• Strong understanding of civil materials.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
