Sr Software Architect

• *Mission / Position Summary:**

Responsible for defining and evaluating the technical architecture and implementation approach for software products. Lead the design of scalable, efficient, cost\-effective, and high\-quality software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Define and guide software architecture and technical implementation strategies.
• Assess the feasibility of functional and non\-functional requirements, including performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and portability, in collaboration with product management.
• Evaluate different technical solutions and support architectural decision\-making.
• Identify opportunities to reuse existing components and promote standardization.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring architectural consistency and high\-quality delivery.
• Own and maintain all architecture\-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to risk analysis and define mitigation plans by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and experts.
• Work closely with global Business Line architects and internal software architects.
• Participate in technical knowledge sharing and promote architecture best practices across projects and teams.

**Qualifications**

• BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA

• *Required Skills and Experience:**

• 15\+ years of experience in software development area.
• 12\+ years of experience in software design and architecture.
• Experience in the medical or healthcare domain is must.
• Strong knowledge of developing/designing imaging applications.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and protocols such as DICOM, HL7, and FHIR.
• Good understanding of medical quality standards, including ISO 13485\.
