Sr. Software Developer

• *Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain high\-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers while driving best practices in software engineering.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure software applications
• Lead architecture and technical design discussions
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, UX/UI)
• Mentor junior and mid\-level developers
• Ensure software meets performance, security, and quality standards
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Research and implement new technologies when appropriate

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4\-7 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C\#, Python, JavaScript, Go)
• Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Spring Boot, .NET Core)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of security best practices
• Experience in distributed systems
• Familiarity with test\-driven development (TDD)
• Experience working in Agile environments

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
