Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM PAM / Service Account Management Engineer to support the architecture, design, implementation, and administration of enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The role involves deploying and integrating privileged account security technologies, supporting customer engagements, developing solution designs, and ensuring secure onboarding and management of privileged accounts across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

PAM Solution Architecture \& Deployment\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nSupport the architecture, design, deployment, and integration of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across enterprise and government environments.\\\\r\\\\nAssist in solution implementation architecture activities and technical design reviews.\\\\r\\\\nDevelop detailed solution design documentation, implementation plans, deployment procedures, and technical specifications.\\\\r\\\\nCoordinate pre\-deployment reviews, implementation readiness assessments, and technical validation activities.\\\\r\\\\nSupport multiple concurrent PAM solution implementations and related engineering initiatives.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nTechnical Consulting \& Customer Engagement\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nGather and analyze high\-level functional, technical, operational, and security requirements.\\\\r\\\\nCollaborate with customers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution deployment.\\\\r\\\\nCommunicate complex technical concepts, dependencies, and solution capabilities to technical and non\-technical audiences.\\\\r\\\\nProvide technical guidance during implementation and operational transition phases.\\\\r\\\\nSupport escalation management and resolution of deployment and integration issues.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nPAM Administration \& Integration\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nDesign, implement, and support CA PAM (Xceedium) and related privileged account security solutions.\\\\r\\\\nOnboard Windows and Unix/Linux endpoints into PAM platforms.\\\\r\\\\nIntegrate PAM solutions with enterprise identity stores and directory services.\\\\r\\\\nConfigure and support privileged account workflows, service accounts, credential management, and access controls.\\\\r\\\\nSupport identity governance and privileged access management initiatives.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nInfrastructure \& Security Support\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nAdminister Windows Server environments and support server integrations with PAM platforms.\\\\r\\\\nPerform IIS administration and web\-based application support.\\\\r\\\\nManage Active Directory integrations and LDAP\-based authentication configurations.\\\\r\\\\nTroubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and authorization issues across networked environments.\\\\r\\\\nSupport secure communication and protocol configurations for privileged access solutions.

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nExtensive experience implementing and administering CA PAM (Xceedium) solutions.\\\\r\\\\nExperience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Service Account Management (SAM) programs.\\\\r\\\\nHands\-on experience with: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nWindows Server Administration (2008/2012 and newer versions)\\\\r\\\\nUnix/Linux Server Administration\\\\r\\\\nMicrosoft IIS Administration\\\\r\\\\nActive Directory Services\\\\r\\\\nLDAP Queries and Directory Integrations\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nStrong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and firewall technologies.\\\\r\\\\nWorking knowledge of the following protocols: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nTCP/IP\\\\r\\\\nUDP\\\\r\\\\nDNS\\\\r\\\\nNetBIOS\\\\r\\\\nHTTP/HTTPS\\\\r\\\\nSMTP\\\\r\\\\nSNMP\\\\r\\\\nSSH\\\\r\\\\nSSL/TLS\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nBasic scripting experience (PowerShell, Shell Script, Python, or equivalent).\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nProfessional Skills\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nStrong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.\\\\r\\\\nExperience managing multiple projects and system designs simultaneously.\\\\r\\\\nAbility to translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions.\\\\r\\\\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\\\\r\\\\nStrong stakeholder management and customer\-facing experience.

Other Requirements

Preferred Qualifications\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nExperience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.\\\\r\\\\nExperience working in regulated or government environments.\\\\r\\\\nKnowledge of IAM security standards, compliance requirements, and privileged access best practices.\\\\r\\\\nRelevant certifications such as: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nCyberArk Defender/Sentry (preferred)
