Sr Subject Matter Expert (Support&Ops)

We are looking for a highly skilled Azure AI Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) to partner directly with enterprise customers in designing, deploying, and scaling AI\-powered business solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role combines expertise in Azure AI, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Automation, and Solution Architecture to accelerate customer adoption of Generative AI and intelligent automation.

As an FDE, you will work closely with customers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to transform AI use cases into production\-ready solutions delivering measurable business outcomes.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Engage with customers to identify AI, automation, and cloud transformation opportunities.
• Design and implement AI\-powered solutions using Azure AI services and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build enterprise copilots, AI agents, RAG solutions, knowledge assistants, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Develop scalable AI platforms leveraging:
• Azure OpenAI Service
• Azure AI Foundry
• Azure AI Search
• Azure Machine Learning
• Azure AI Services
• Azure AI Agent Frameworks
• Design and deploy secure, scalable cloud architectures on Azure.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep) and CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Implement AI governance, security, compliance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, PoCs, MVPs, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex AI and cloud platform challenges and provide engineering guidance.
• Contribute to reusable accelerators, frameworks, and AI\-driven engineering solutions.
