Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for digital marketing roles including **PPC, SEO, Content Writer, Social Media, and Sales positions.**
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure timely follow\-ups and closure of open positions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing roles (PPC, SEO, Content, Sales).
• Good sourcing and screening skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work on multiple roles simultaneously.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring, job portals, and ATS is a plus.
