We are seeking a skilled **Bizagi Lead BPM Consultant** with hands\-on experience in **process automation**, **JDE/ERP integration**, and **Supply Chain workflows**, preferably within the **Energy \& Utilities (ENU)** domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business process solutions using the Bizagi platform to streamline operations and enhance digital transformation initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Analyze and document business processes across ERP and Supply Chain functions.
• Design BPMN\-compliant process models using **Bizagi Modeler**.
• Develop and configure automated workflows in **Bizagi Studio**, integrating with **JDE/Oracle ERP** and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Bizagi solutions.
• Implement business rules, data models, and user interfaces within Bizagi.
• Integrate Bizagi with external systems via **REST/SOAP APIs**, **SQL**, and **middleware**.
• Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and ensure successful deployment.
• Provide post\-implementation support and continuous process improvement.
• Work closely with cross\-functional teams in **ENU verticals** to align solutions with industry\-specific compliance and operational standards.

• *Required Skills \& Experience:**

• 4\+ years of experience in **Bizagi BPM** development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of **JDE/Oracle ERP** modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, etc.).
• Experience in **Supply Chain Management** processes (Order\-to\-Cash, Procure\-to\-Pay, Logistics).
• Domain knowledge in **Energy \& Utilities** (e.g., asset management, outage management, regulatory compliance).
• Proficiency in **SQL**, **JavaScript**, and **web services** integration.
• Familiarity with **BPMN 2\.0**, **Agile/Scrum** methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Bizagi Developer Certification.
• Experience with other BPM tools (e.g., Appian, Camunda) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Design and implement business process models using Bizagi Studio.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows and user interfaces.
• Integrate Bizagi with external systems (e.g., databases, APIs, ERP systems).
• Write scripts and business rules to support process logic.
• Optimize workflows for performance and scalability.
