Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • **High\-Value Closing:** Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to pitch complex products or services to high\-value prospects.
  • **Pipeline Management:** Nurture long\-term leads through structured follow\-ups, moving prospects efficiently through the sales funnel.
  • **Team Mentorship:** Coach junior executives on objection handling, script delivery, and closing techniques to boost team performance.
  • **Market Intelligence:** Identify market trends and competitor strategies during customer interactions to suggest improvements for the sales script.
  • **CRM Reporting:** Maintain flawless records of interactions, forecasting monthly sales trends accurately within the company CRM.
  • *Essential Requirements**
  • **Experience:** Exact 3 to 4 years of proven success in telesales, inside sales, or outbound contact centers.
  • **Sales Prowess:** Master\-level objection handling, negotiation strategies, and a
  • consistent history of exceeding individual KPIs.
  • **Tech Stack:** Advanced proficiency with CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and automated dialer systems.
  • **Soft Skills:** Exceptional active listening, high emotional intelligence, and resilience to high\-rejection environments.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
