Responsibilities:\- Source, screen, and recruit top IT professionals for various positions, including software engineers, developers, project managers, system administrators, and more.\- Utilize various recruitment methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract high\-quality candidates.\- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.\- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.\- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive job descriptions, understand hiring needs, and define candidate requirements.\- Stay up\-to\-date with the latest industry trends and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top IT talent.\- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system.\- Provide regular status updates and reports to the hiring managers and senior leadership team.Requirements:\- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment\- In\-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends to effectively assess candidates' skills and qualifications.\- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to identify top talent.\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and build relationships with stakeholders.\- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast\-paced, remote work environment.\- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.\- A self\-motivated and results\-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.\- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving recruitment strategies.\- Bachelor's degree
