Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Lanco hills, Hyderabad (On\-site)

Experience: 3\-6 years

Shift Timings: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days.

Required Skills

3–6 years of hands\-on experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.

Strong understanding of US staffing models such as W2, C2C, 1099, and C2H.

Good understanding of US work authorization types and technical skills.

Hands\-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar sourcing platforms.

Strong candidate sourcing, screening, follow\-up, and negotiation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal, relationship\-building, and stakeholder\-management skills.

Ability to work in a US night\-shift environment and meet recruitment targets.

Experience in non\-IT recruitments is would be plus.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
