• *About the Role:**

We are looking for an experienced US Staff Recruiter with strong sourcing, screening, and candidate\-closing skills to support US clients with contract and full\-time IT hiring requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end US recruitment, from sourcing and screening to candidate submission, interview coordination, and placement.
• Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals using Boolean and X\-ray searches.
• Recruit for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, and QA Automation.
• Understand US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099\), work authorization categories, RTR, and basic compliance processes.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and vendors, negotiate pay rates, and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and achieve daily sourcing, interview, and placement targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in US IT staffing with a sound understanding of US recruitment practices.
• Strong English communication, cold\-calling, negotiation, and candidate\-closing skills.
• Hands\-on experience with Boolean search and ATS platforms such as Ceipal, Bullhorn, or JobDiva.
• Ability to assess technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and comfortable working independently during US business hours.
• Strong professional ethics and accuracy in candidate representation and submissions.
• Preferred: Experience with VMS platforms and direct clients or prime vendors.

• *NOTE: CTC with incentives per vacancy up to 5k per closure.**

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
