As a **Staff AI Engineer**, you will shape the technical direction of AI systems, driving innovation, reliability, and scalability across the organisation. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to design and deliver high\-quality AI solutions that directly impact learning outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years software engineering experience
• Strong experience with AI/ML systems
• Experience with cloud platforms and data systems
• Advanced degree preferred
