- *Job Role:** Sales Development Representative (SDR)\- IT Resource Deployment / Staff Augmentation**Location:** Noida Sec 129 (On\-site)**Working Days:** 5 Days**Experience**: 1\-3 Years **About the Role:**
We are looking for a proactive and results\-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least 1 year of experience in lead generation for IT Staff Augmentation, Resource Deployment. The ideal candidate should have experience identifying and engaging potential clients who require dedicated developers, technical resources, or project\-based teams on a contractual basis.
This role is focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and setting qualified meetings for the sales team. **Key Responsibilities:**
Generate qualified leads for IT resource deployment and staff augmentation services through outbound prospecting.
Identify organizations with requirements for dedicated developers, project teams, or contract\-based IT resources.
Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound campaigns to engage decision\-makers.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Qualify prospects based on hiring needs, project requirements, budget, and decision\-making authority.
Schedule meetings and demos between prospective clients and the Business Development team.
Research target accounts, industries, and key stakeholders to create personalized outreach campaigns.
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to understand available resource capabilities and market offerings.
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Stay updated with resource augmentation, and technology hiring trends. **Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
1\+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
Hands\-on experience in IT Staff Augmentation, Resource Deployment,or Dedicated Resource Selling.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and software development services.
Experience with outbound sales techniques including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Saleshandy, or similar is preferred.
Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment. **Preferred Experience:**
Experience selling offshore development teams or dedicated developers.
Knowledge of staff augmentation and managed services business models.
Experience working with international markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.) will be an added advantage. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**
Qualified leads generated per month.
Meetings booked with decision\-makers.
Sales\-qualified opportunities created.
Pipeline contribution.
Outreach activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn connections, and follow\-ups).
