Role Overview

We are looking for a hands\-on Staff Forward Deployed Software Engineer to own enterprise client engagements end\-to\-end, from understanding business problems and designing solutions to developing, deploying, and maintaining production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery from client discovery and solution design to production deployment.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable full\-stack applications and backend systems.
• Integrate solutions with enterprise platforms, including ERP, WMS, databases, and legacy systems.
• Develop APIs, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Leverage AI agents and AI\-native tools to accelerate development and prototyping.
• Lead code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5\+ years of experience building and maintaining production software.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Expertise in system design, full\-stack development, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong problem\-solving, communication, and technical ownership skills.
• Ability to work directly with clients and explain technical decisions to technical and non\-technical stakeholders.

• *Preferred:** Experience in supply chain, enterprise integrations, or Forward Deployed/Solutions Engineering roles.

Tech Stack

Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, AWS, GCP, Azure, System Design, Full\-Stack Development, and AI\-Native Engineering.

Pay: ₹200,000\.00 \- ₹300,000\.00 per month
