Job Summary

Tity Global Private Limited is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Startup Promotion \& Incubation Manager to support startup development, entrepreneurship, innovation, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying promising startup ideas, developing strategic partnerships, promoting incubation programs, and building relationships with entrepreneurs, educational institutions, mentors, and investors.

The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, business development, and stakeholder management skills, along with a passion for building a successful startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate startup ideas, business models, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
• Plan and promote startup programs, workshops, seminars, hackathons, and incubation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, government organizations, and private institutions.
• Build strong relationships with startup founders, entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, sponsors, and industry professionals.
• Identify business development opportunities and expand the startup ecosystem.
• Coordinate incubation activities and support early\-stage startups in their development.
• Organize entrepreneurship events, networking sessions, and innovation\-focused programs.
• Develop and implement outreach and promotional strategies to attract startups and entrepreneurs.
• Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and program updates.
• Monitor startup progress and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
• A master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in startup incubation, business development, entrepreneurship programs, or institutional partnerships is preferred.

Experience Required

Minimum 5\+ years of relevant professional experience.

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and performance.
