As a 'Executive \- Statutory Compliance \& Audit', you will track and ensure all the
statutory/Regulatory requirements are completed \& complied within the the
applicable due dates. You will actively participate \& act as a SPOC for all the
applicable audits. You will communicate \& maintian relationship with the Bank to
ensure smooth functioning of banking activities.**Key Responsibilities**: GST Compliance
\> Computation \& filing of monthly GST Returns.
\> Filing annual GST Returns.
\> Support GST audit.
\> LUT \& LEI**Income Tax**
\> Computation \& payment of monthly TDS.
\> Quarterly TDS filing.
\> Computation of monthly Invome Tax Provision.
\> Computation \& payment Advance Tax.
\> Prepartion of Segment P/L.
\> Support Tax Audit
\> Annual Income Tax filing (ITR \- 6\)**Statutory Compliance**
\> MSME renewal.
\> Half yearly MSME return filing.
\> Track the due dates for Board Meetings \& Annual General Meeting.
\> Capture the Minutes of Board Meeting \& Annual General Meeting.
\> Track \& ensure compliance of other Statutory / Company Law requirements like,
DIR\-3, AOC\-4, MGT\-7, Annual FLA Return, etc.
\> Track \& ensure compliance of other Statutory Payments like, PF, PT, LWF \&
Bonus etc.**Audits**
\> Prepare the draft Financial Statements.
\> Participate \& support in all applicable audits.
\> To be a SPOC for audits like, Statutory audit, Internal audit, Tax audit, TP audit,
GST audit etc.
\> Ensure all the audits are started \& completed as per the planned timelines \&
within the stipulated deadlines.
\> Maintain documents like Audit report, Signed Financials, Engagement Letters,
etc.**Regular Operations**
\> Bank Reconciliation.
\> Tracking of FDs \& Interest on FDs.
\> Bank Guarantee \- Interact with Banks to create BGs and track the existing BGs.
\> Maintain \& track Forward Contracts.
\> FIRC tracking \& reconciliation.
\> Enable the Business teams to participate in Bids by sharing the required Financial
\& Statuory data/details.
\> Payment of perdiem to onsite employees.**Key Qualifications**: \> Any Commerce Graduate/MBA/CA \- IPCC
\> 2\+ years of experience in related areas.
\> Working experince with any Chartered Accountant firm with exposure in audits
\& statutory compliance.
\> Strong problem\-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
\> Strong hold on MS\-Excel functionalities.
