• *Role Summary**

As a STEM And Robotics Coach, you will be an integral part of the STEM \& Robotics team at STEMbotix — contributing directly to the department's goals and the company's mission of making STEM education accessible across India. You will work on real challenges, collaborate with experienced professionals, and grow your expertise in a dynamic EdTech environment.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

1\. Leads independent sessions

2\. designs activities

3\. Execute and deliver STEM \& Robotics tasks independently with minimal supervision

4\. Coordinate with cross\-functional teams for smooth project delivery

5\. Maintain accurate records and contribute to team reporting

6\. Support junior team members and onboarding of new hires

• *Required Skills**

• Passion for STEM education and hands\-on learning
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Basic knowledge of robotics, coding, or electronics
• Ability to engage and inspire students of all ages
• Team player with punctuality and reliability

• *Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**

• Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms
• Prior teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience
• Knowledge of curriculum design or lesson planning

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Pursuing or completed B.Tech / BCA / BSc (Science/Computer Science) or equivalent
• Genuine interest in STEM \& Robotics
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Gujarati is an advantage
