• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a passionate and innovative **Product Manager – STEM \& Future Skills** to lead the development and enhancement of BeyondSkool's STEM and future skills learning programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with academic, technology, design, and business teams to create engaging, outcome\-driven educational products that enhance the learning experience for students. This role requires a blend of product strategy, curriculum innovation, market insights, and cross\-functional collaboration to drive successful product development and growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Lead the end\-to\-end development and launch of STEM, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Coding, and other future skills learning programs.

· Design and enhance engaging, age\-appropriate curricula and learning experiences aligned with educational standards and industry trends.

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify emerging opportunities and product enhancements.

· Collaborate closely with academic, content, technology, design, and operations teams to develop high\-quality educational products.

· Gather and analyze feedback from schools, teachers, students, and parents to continuously improve product quality and user experience.

· Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

· Monitor product performance using key metrics and recommend data\-driven improvements.

· Support product launches by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful market adoption.

· Stay updated on advancements in STEM education, educational technology, AI, and future skills to keep BeyondSkool's offerings innovative and competitive.

· Build scalable, future\-ready educational experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and problem\-solving among learners.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Technology, Education, Product Management, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within EdTech, STEM education, or digital learning.
• Strong understanding of K\-12 education, STEM curriculum, and experiential learning methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum product development practices.
• Ability to create PRDs, product roadmaps, and feature prioritization frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a data\-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams including engineering, design, curriculum, and business teams.
