Job Description – STEM Trainer

• *Location:** Kurla, Mumbai

1\. Brief About the Position / Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic STEM Trainer to conduct practical and theoretical training sessions for students and trainees in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The trainer will be responsible for delivering interactive sessions, conducting hands\-on activities, and developing students’ technical and problem\-solving skills.

2\. Job Description

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on STEM\-related subjects.
• Deliver hands\-on training in Robotics, Coding, Basic Electronics, and Engineering concepts.
• Conduct practical demonstrations, experiments, and project\-based learning activities.
• Introduce students to technologies such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, IoT, and 3D Printing, as applicable.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate students’ performance and monitor their learning progress.
• Maintain attendance, training records, and progress reports.
• Encourage creativity, innovation, teamwork, and problem\-solving among students.

3\. Reporting and Team

• Center Manager
• Training Manager / Program Head
• Coordinate with the project team and other trainers for smooth training delivery.

4\. Work Location \& Language Spoken

• **Location:** Kurla, Mumbai
• **Languages:** English and Hindi are preferred.
• Marathi will be an added advantage.

5\. Skill Set

• *Technical Skills:**

• Strong understanding of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics concepts.
• Knowledge of Robotics, Coding, and Basic Electronics.
• Familiarity with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, IoT, and 3D Printing will be an advantage.
• Ability to conduct practical experiments and demonstrations.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

7\. Qualification \& Experience

• *Qualification:**

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Science, B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications in STEM, Robotics, Coding, or related technologies will be an advantage.

• *Experience:**

• 2–6 years of experience in teaching, training, or conducting STEM\-related activities.

8\. KPI / KRA (Key Performance Indicators / Key Result Areas)

• Adherence to the training schedule and completion of planned sessions.
• Effective delivery of theoretical and practical training.
• Maintaining student attendance and participation.
• Improvement in students’ technical knowledge and practical skills.
• Conducting assessments and monitoring student performance.
• Maintaining training documentation and progress reports.
• Ensuring effective classroom management and student engagement.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
