Job Description

ISIEINDIA (Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers) operates in the EV, solar, renewable energy, and skill development sectors, bridging the gap between academia and industry through innovative engineering solutions and technical training infrastructure.

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **Store Executive (Fresher)** to support our store operations, inventory management, and material handling activities at our Kasna, Greater Noida facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily inward and outward material transactions.
• Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and material movement documentation.
• Support material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
• Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and maintaining GRN (Goods Receipt Note) records.
• Track inventory levels and report stock shortages, discrepancies, and material requirements.
• Support stock verification, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits.
• Update inventory records and prepare basic reports using MS Excel and inventory software.
• Assist with Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books and Refrens for inventory\-related activities.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Operations, and Accounts teams, as well as vendors, for material availability.

Eligibility \& Requirements

• B.Com / BBA / any relevant graduate or diploma qualification.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of inventory management, stock records, GRN, and Purchase Orders is preferred.
• Familiarity with Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, or Refrens will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing / technical equipment environment.
