**Desired Skills and Qualification**
- **Diploma / ITI / Graduate** (relevant field preferred) OR **Minimum** **1–3 years** of experience as a **Store Keeper in site\-based E\&I projects**
- Good knowledge of **Electrical and Instrumentation materials, Tools Tackles,** and **Erection hardware**
- Manage materials for **E\&I project work**, including **Electrical, Instrumentation materials, Tools Tackles, Erection hardware, and accessories**
- Handle site store operations, ensuring proper **receipt, storage**, and **issuance of materials**
- Coordinate regularly with the **main store / central warehouse** for material requirements, transfers, and shortages
- Monitor **stock levels, track consumption,** and **report shortages** or **excess materials**
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and material reports
- Support **material reconciliation** between physical stock and system records
- Maintain proper documentation for **Material Receipt Notes (MRN/ GRN),** **Delivery Challans**, and issue slips
- Ensure safe handling and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss
- Assist in **tool and tackle management**, including tracking and return from site teams
- Communicate effectively with **site engineers, supervisors, and contractors** regarding material availability
