Store Manager

AADAMYA is a premium imitation jewellery brand offering an exclusive collection of statement jewellery, including Polki, Kundan, American Diamond, Moissanite, bridal, and occasion wear. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our retail operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day\-to\-day operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long\-term customer relationships.
• Drive store sales through effective customer engagement and upselling.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare reports.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is always well\-presented.
• Oversee inventory management, stock movement, stock audits, and replenishment.
• Coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse teams for stock requirements.
• Handle customer concerns, returns, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure billing, cash handling, and store closing procedures are followed accurately.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and overall performance.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, exhibitions, and festive sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and operational compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
• Comfortable using billing and inventory software (experience with MARG is an advantage).
• Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work on weekends and during festive seasons.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000\.00 per month
