Store Manager

We are looking for a responsible and result\-oriented Store Manager to manage daily store operations, lead the sales team, and achieve business targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor key sales performance indicators.
• Guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and proper billing procedures.
• Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum qualification is Plus Two or Degree.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
• Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
