Store Manager

• *Key Duties:**

· Oversee daily store operations and inventory management.

· Maintain product, service, and hygiene standards.

· Manage staff, costs, and wastage.

· Handle customer issues and ensure compliance.

· Drive local store marketing and profitability.

• *Desired Profile of the Candidate:**

• Should be able to manage a team.
• Should be a self\-starter with a high motivation level.
• Should be result\-oriented and proactive.
• Should be a “hands\-on” person.
• As part of training, it is expected to learn baking and all aspects of Operations.
• Should take pride in wearing the branded Cookie Man uniform.
• Should have a good command of the English language.

• *Qualification required:**

Diploma in Craft course / Diploma in Hotel Management / B.Sc. Hotel Management / Any Degree

• *Experience required:**

3 – 5 Years (from companies like KFC, Domino's Pizza, Krispy Kreme Donuts, Café Coffee Day etc)
