Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, stock movement, team coordination, and order fulfilment. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing store operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day store and warehouse operations.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and conduct regular stock audits.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance of products, including food items.
• Monitor stock expiry dates, batch numbers, and product quality.
• Coordinate with the sales, purchase, accounts, and logistics teams for timely order processing and dispatch.
• Maintain proper documentation for goods received, goods issued, transfers, and returns.
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with storage and safety procedures.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues.
• Supervise store staff, allocate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, stock movement, and store operations.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications in supply chain or inventory management will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in store management, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry will be preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, MS Excel, and stock documentation.
• Good organisational, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
