Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales, achieve targets, and monitor store performance.
• Lead, train, and supervise store staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand presentation.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, replenishment, and wastage.
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
• Maintain product quality, hygiene, and storage standards.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in Luxury Food \& Beverage, retail or store operations.
• Experience in luxury retail, premium brands, F\&B, confectionery, or airport retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer\-handling skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Professional grooming and a customer\-first approach.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹43,000\.00 per month
