About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and hands\-on Store Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of our Kulfilicious outlet in Sarjapur along with two cloud kitchen operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, driving sales, ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent customer experiences, and taking complete ownership of business performance.
You will be responsible for ensuring the outlet and kitchens operate efficiently, profitably, and maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Take complete ownership of daily store and cloud kitchen operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of front\-of\-house and kitchen operations.
- Maintain SOPs, food quality standards, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Ensure timely opening, closing, and operational readiness of all units.
- Monitor order preparation, dispatch, and delivery efficiency.
Team Leadership \& Training
- Manage, supervise, and motivate store and kitchen staff.
- Conduct regular training on customer service, food handling, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Build a positive, high\-performance work culture.
- Handle employee issues and performance management.
Inventory \& Stock Management
- Manage inventory across the outlet and cloud kitchens.
- Maintain stock records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Forecast inventory requirements and coordinate procurement.
- Minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock variances.
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation practices.
Sales \& Business Growth
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Drive upselling and cross\-selling initiatives.
- Execute local marketing and customer engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase footfall, repeat business, and revenue.
- Work closely with management to achieve growth targets.
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers.
- Maintain high ratings across delivery platforms and review channels.
Maintenance \& Store Upkeep
- Ensure overall upkeep and maintenance of the outlet and kitchens.
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and brand presentation standards.
Reporting \& Administration
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
- Track KPIs including sales, customer feedback, food costs, wastage, and labour efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
