- *2\. Strategy \& Execution**
- *Goal:** Deliver measurable ROI through integrated campaigns.
- Lead internal teams across Creative, SEO, Content, Performance Marketing, and Media to align deliverables with client goals.
- Design campaigns blending digital marketing, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
- Optimize budgets and tactics based on real\-time performance analytics.
- *Goal:** Expand client accounts and agency revenue.
- Identify cross\-sell and upsell opportunities (e.g., Webinar Series → Marketing Automation).
- Convert successful campaigns into case studies for new client acquisition.
- Generate client referrals through exceptional service delivery.

- *Goal:** Ensure campaigns exceed KPIs related to leads, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Monitor dashboards including ROI, CAC, and lead quality, and pivot strategies as required.
