Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a sharp, well\-networked **Partnership Manager** who knows how to open doors and close deals. If you have a knack for building relationships and want to monetize your network by placing high\-quality, pre\-assessed candidates into top\-tier companies, this is for you.

This is a high\-impact, **fully remote freelance role** designed for seasoned professionals who prefer autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and the freedom to operate globally.

Your Tasks

• **Network Expansion:** Proactively reach out to domestic and international companies (startups, mid\-sized firms, and MNCs) to onboard them as hiring partners.
• **Placement B2B Sales:** Pitch our pool of job\-ready, utilized candidates to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, and founders looking for immediate hires.
• **Relationship Management:** Nurture long\-term alliances with corporate partners to ensure we become their go\-to talent supply chain partner.
• **Deal Structuring:** Manage the end\-to\-end partnership cycle, from the initial introductory call to signing the hiring MOU and facilitating interviews.

Requirements

• **Experience:** 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B Corporate Sales, IT/Non\-IT Recruitment Agency BD, or Corporate Partnerships.
• **Global Mindset:** Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch to both domestic (Indian) and international clients.
• **Existing Network:** A pre\-existing network of HR professionals, hiring managers, or founders is highly preferred.
• **Self\-Driven:** Since this is a freelance role, you must be a self\-starter who thrives without micromanagement.

Payout \& Incentives

• **Employment Type:** Freelance / Sub\-Contractor (Remote).
• **Compensation:** **Purely Incentive\-Based (Uncapped Earning Potential).**
• **The Reward:** You earn a minimum of **₹10,000 per successful placement**. The more companies you onboard and the more candidates you help place, the more you earn. There is no ceiling on your monthly income.
