Interpret structural GA drawings, design intent drawings, and consultant markups to produce accurate 3D models and 2D deliverables, including rebar detailing and key connection details.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks (or equivalent), participate in coordination meetings, and document/resolve clashes with architectural and MEP teams.
Implement and adhere to project BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), model naming conventions, and parameter standards as defined by ODE and the client.
Manage version control, model updates, and revision histories on fast\-track deliverables, ensuring clear documentation and communication of changes to all stakeholders.
Support design leads and BIM coordinators in preparing views, sheets, schedules, and quantity\-related outputs that aid design decisions and cost control.
Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders (design leads, BIM coordinators, structural engineers, architects, MEP consultants, and client representatives) to maintain quality, timelines, and coordination.
