Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to oversee structural engineering and construction activities for ongoing institutional infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with approved structural designs, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Roles \& Responsibilities

• Review structural drawings, designs, and technical specifications.
• Supervise RCC works, foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and structural steel works.
• Verify reinforcement detailing, shuttering, concreting, and construction quality.
• Ensure structural works comply with approved drawings, relevant IS codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
• Monitor construction progress, material quality, and structural inspections.
• Identify technical discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain structural inspection records and submit periodic progress reports.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; postgraduate qualification in Structural Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, reinforcement detailing, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of STAAD.Pro / ETABS.
• Experience in institutional, hospital, commercial, or multistorey construction projects preferred.
• Good technical, problem\-solving, and project coordination skills.

• *Preferred Profile:** Candidates with practical experience in structural engineering, site execution, quality inspection, and structural consultant coordination.

Pay: From ₹30,000\.00 per month
