Structured Trade Review- Senior Risk Analyst

• *Job Description :**

The role involves supporting the Middle Office desk of a major multinational bank in performing reviews on Structured Products.

The team is looking for enthusiastic analysts with a sound background in derivative products \- Auto\-callable, Knock In / Knock Out, Range Accrual, Swaps, Swaptions, Cap \& Floor, Total Return Swaps, Bond Forwards, Credit Linked Notes, Mortgage Options, Inflation Swap, Reverse Repurchase Agreement Transactions etc. Preferably with experience in Trade Review *or other Middle Office processes (like Confirmations, Settlements, etc.)*

• **The job duties would involve but not limited to the below requirement:***

• Understanding the review process in entirety and performing reviews for multi\-Asset (*Equity/Rates/ FX/ Credit/ Commodity)* desks for various structured products
• Performing 3\-way reconciliation between booking system, term sheet and pricing supplement
• Performing required processes along with the reviews
• Ensuring complete documentation (observations, issues) is maintained in the process
• Help in improving quality and reducing SLA on different types of trades and ensuring due diligence while performing reviews
• Provide support to Manager in ad\-hoc activities
• Preparing and circulating key MIS reports highlighting the performance of the team internally and with the clients
• Closely working with peers/teams across client and other offshore locations to ensure streamlined product delivery
• Interpreting client business needs and translating them into operational requirements and targets
• Interacting professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

• *Skills Required :**

• Sound Derivatives knowledge; exposure to Derivatives Products, NCFM certifications (Derivatives), CFA, FRM appeared or cleared candidates preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in working in middle office function of the bank or working on Structured trade reviews (preferred for Senior Analysts role)
• Quick learning ability and willingness to learn new products
• Ability to Multi\-task and to think out of box and coming up with process optimization ideas and assist in execution and successful testing of the same
