• *Key Responsibilities**

• Coordinate placement activities for students.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and recruiters.
• Schedule interviews, campus drives, and placement events.
• Guide students with resume preparation, interview skills, and career readiness.
• Coordinate training sessions on aptitude, communication, soft skills, and interview preparation.
• Maintain student placement records, MIS reports, and recruiter databases.
• Coordinate internships, industry visits, and live projects.
• Work closely with faculty and department heads to ensure students are placement\-ready.
• Follow up with recruiters and students throughout the placement process.

• *Required Skills**

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong follow\-up and relationship management skills.
• Experience in the education or EdTech industry will be an added advantage.

• *Preferred Candidate**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in student services, placement coordination, HR, recruitment, or training.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
