Job Description

Quality Thought School of Technology is looking for motivated and result\-oriented candidates for the position of **Student Relations Officer – Field Sales**. The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools and colleges, meeting principals and management representatives, promoting educational programs for intermediate students, and coordinating demo sessions.

The ideal candidate must have a technical educational background along with an MBA in Marketing, strong communication skills, and an interest in field sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools and colleges to meet principals and management representatives.
• Explain and promote the institution's educational programs to school management.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with principals, faculty members, and institutional representatives.
• Coordinate and schedule demo sessions for intermediate students.
• Identify potential schools and colleges for business development and program promotion.
• Follow up with institutions to generate leads and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain records of school visits, leads, follow\-ups, and demo schedules.
• Achieve assigned outreach and business development targets.
• Travel to schools and colleges within Hyderabad and nearby locations as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• **B.Tech / B.E. graduation is mandatory.**
• **MBA in Marketing is mandatory.**
• Candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Candidates should have good presentation, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
• Must be comfortable with field sales, school visits, and travelling.
• Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, business development, or educational institutions will have an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• **Salary Range:** ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
• Travel allowance will be provided as per company policy.
