Student Success Officer(SSO)

● Manage student onboarding, engagement, and overall progress across Dotin, DCA and future

verticals.

● Monitor student attendance, academic performance, discipline, and skill development to ensure

successful course completion.

● Act as the primary point of contact for student concerns, providing timely support and resolving

issues when required.

● Conduct student feedback sessions and satisfaction surveys to improve the learning experience.

● Coordinate with mentors and academic teams to track student progress, identify skill gaps, and

provide additional support where needed.

● Prepare students for placements through mock interviews, group discussions, HR sessions,

presentations, resume building, and communication skills training.

● Provide career guidance on suitable job roles, career paths, and current industry requirements.

● Build and maintain relationships with companies, digital marketing agencies, IT firms, and

creative agencies to generate internship and job opportunities.

● Coordinate campus recruitment drives, virtual interviews, and other placement activities.

● Promote student profiles and the academy’s training quality to potential recruiters.

● Track placement activities, including applications, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.

● Maintain accurate student records and a centralized MIS/dashboard covering student progress,

performance, placement readiness, and placement outcomes.

● Collect feedback from students and employers and collaborate with mentors to improve training

quality and employability.

● Prepare regular reports on student success, academic performance, placement progress, and

recruitment outcomes.

● Stay updated on industry trends and recommend relevant training initiatives to improve student

skills and career readiness.

● Work towards improving student satisfaction, course completion rates, and overall placement

success.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
