· Act as a key liaison between students, parents, teachers and management, ensuring effective communication and support.
· Conduct student and parent counselling sessions, providing comprehensive information about courses, academic programs, and career opportunities.
· Guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests, qualifications, and future career goals.
· Manage the admissions process, including application review, enrolment procedures, and documentation.
· Oversee fee collection activities and ensure timely follow\-up on pending payments.
· Serve as a mentor throughout the student's academic journey, offering guidance and support whenever required.
· Coordinate examination schedules, notifications, and related academic communications.
· Assist students with academic and administrative requirements during their course duration.
· Coordinate placement activities, including student registration, employer interactions, interview scheduling, and placement support.
· Foster positive relationships with students and parents to enhance student satisfaction and academic success.
· Minimum 4–5 years of experience in student counselling, academic advising, or educational guidance.
· Educational Qualification: Preferably B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc, MCA, or equivalent qualifications in Electrical \& Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics \& Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Hardware Engineering, or Information Technology.
· Candidates with experience as Assistant Professors, Professors, Academic Coordinators, or Educational Counsellors are encouraged to apply.
· Prior experience in the Education, Training, or Academic Services Industry will be an added advantage.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, counselling, and student relationship management skills are essential.
Ability to guide students on academic pathways, career opportunities, and professional development.
Pay: ₹28,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
