Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6\+ years of hands\-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ITSM, ServiceNow Integrations, and Platform Analytics. Experience with Virtual Agent is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high\-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. Implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM processes, including: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Request Management Service Catalog Knowledge Management Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and other integration technologies. Create and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and ACLs. Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Platform Analytics. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve platform\-related issues and performance bottlenecks. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices. Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and release management processes. Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and deployment plans.
Skill Requirements
Strong hands\-on experience with ServiceNow platform development. Expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications. Experience in ServiceNow scripting using: JavaScript Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Actions UI Policies ACLs ITSM Extensive experience implementing and supporting: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Request Fulfillment Service Catalog Knowledge Management Integrations Strong experience with: REST APIs SOAP Web Services IntegrationHub MID Server LDAP Integrations SSO/SAML Third\-party application integrations Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and external platforms. Platform Analytics Hands\-on experience creating: Dashboards Reports KPIs Performance Analytics Indicators Scorecards Executive Reporting Solutions
Other Requirements
Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent implementation and customization. Knowledge of Employee Center and Conversational Interfaces. Familiarity with AI\-driven ServiceNow capabilities. Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
