Supermarket Manager

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Manage daily supermarket operations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Supervise and manage store employees.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
• Maintain stock availability and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical stock verification.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures and monitor product expiry dates.
• Minimize product wastage, damage, and stock losses.
• Monitor POS billing and cash handling.
• Verify daily sales reports and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and product displays.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of organic food products.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Implement promotional activities to increase sales.
• Monitor customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily sales, stock, and wastage reports.
• Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, and accounts teams.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
• Monitor store expenses and control operational costs.
• Ensure timely store opening and closing.
• Take responsibility for overall store performance and profitability.
• **Qualification:** Any Degree preferred.

• *Experience:** 3–5 years in supermarket, FMCG, or retail management.
• *Required Skills:** Leadership, sales management, inventory control, customer service, and team handling.

• **Preferred Candidate:** Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
