JOB DESCRIPTION

Operations Supervisor (4–6 years)

Background: Factory operations, manufacturing, or operations management.

Education: Diploma or degree in Production Engineering, or a relevant manufacturing/operations qualification. Strong practical experience required.

Skills Required

Technical and operational knowledge

\* Production planning, capacity utilisation, manpower allocation, and workflow coordination.

\* Basic understanding of surgical gowns, patient gowns, masks, drapes, sheets, and other non\-woven medical products.

\* Inventory control, raw\-material availability, stock reconciliation, and coordination with the Inventory Executive.

\* Production scheduling, dispatch planning, order tracking, and delivery commitments.

\* Basic costing, wastage control, labour productivity, and machine utilisation.

\* SOPs, documentation, workplace safety, and coordination with QC and R\&D.

\* Excel reporting, daily MIS, production dashboards, and target\-versus\-actual analysis.

Management skills

\* Supervising multiple departments and resolving interdepartmental issues.

\* Assigning responsibilities and following up on pending tasks.

\* Identifying production bottlenecks and taking corrective action.

\* Reporting daily performance, delays, wastage, and resource requirements to the Executive Director.

Pay: ₹25,800\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
