Support Cum Testing

• Provide technical support to clients and resolve reported issues.
• Perform manual testing of software applications.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and technical issues.
• Test new features and verify bug fixes.
• Prepare test cases and maintain testing documentation.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
• Monitor application performance and ensure smooth functionality.
• Assist users with troubleshooting and provide timely support.
• Maintain issue reports and update the status of support tickets.

• *Required Skills:**

• Basic knowledge of software testing and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of manual testing and test cases.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
