Support Engineer AV and VC

• Visiting Customers site for inspection and preparing site inspection report. • Responsible for ensuring proper and timely installation of systems and devices for businesses customers. • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. • Need to have a solid understanding of the products and services we support, as well as the tools and platforms we use. • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, hardware and software issues or network connectivity and configuration. • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem. • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams ( to Technical Support Head) • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. • Follow up with clients to ensure their AV / VC systems are fully functional after troubleshooting. • Prepare accurate and timely reports. • Maintain Cordial relationships with clients.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
