### **Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Manhattan WMS Support Consultant to support and enhance warehouse management operations. The candidate will be responsible for production support, incident management, root cause analysis, SQL\-based investigation, and coordination with business stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Provide L2/L3 application support for Manhattan WMS.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application issues within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Use SQL, PL/SQL, and UNIX commands for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Support warehouse processes, including receiving, put\-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Participate in testing, deployment, release activities, and production go\-live support.
• Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and knowledge articles.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

### **Required Skills**

• Hands\-on experience with Manhattan WMS.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux commands and shell scripting.
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills.

### **Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience supporting high\-volume distribution centers and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of integrations, interfaces, and warehouse system configurations.
• Experience working in a 24/7 production support environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA management.

### **Education**

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
