You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and delivering exceptional customer support. This role requires strong problem\-solving skills, technical expertise, and a customer\-first mindset. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support for web applications to internal teams and external clients. • Diagnose and resolve application issues, including performance, configuration, and integration problems. • Collaborate with development and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. • Monitor application health and proactively identify potential problems. • Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and improve support processes. • Assist with deployments, patches, and version upgrades as needed. • Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Required Skills \& Qualifications • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS). • Familiarity with web servers, APIs, and database systems (SQL). • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and incident management. • Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and troubleshooting. • Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Nice\-to\-Have • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and HTTP protocols.
