Job Title: Support Engineer About the Role We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operation of our web applications. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and delivering exceptional customer support. This role requires strong problem\-solving skills, technical expertise, and a customer\-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for web applications to internal teams and external clients. Diagnose and resolve application issues, including performance, configuration, and integration problems. Collaborate with development and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Monitor application health and proactively identify potential problems. Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and improve support processes. Assist with deployments, patches, and version upgrades as needed. Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction. Required Skills \& Qualifications Strong understanding of Salesforce Familiarity with web servers, APIs, and database systems (SQL). Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and incident management. Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Nice\-to\-Have Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and HTTP protocols. Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace). Familiarity with security best practices for web applications. Education \& Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2\+ years of experience in technical support or application support roles.
