Job Summary:\*\*
As a Support Engineer at Temenos Headquarters S.A., you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and solutions to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our software products. This role involves a blend of technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and effective communication to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:\*\*
Provide technical support for Temenos software products, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Conduct application development tasks as needed, including minor enhancements and bug fixes.
Perform assessments of client systems and configurations to identify potential problems and implement solutions.
Categorize and classify incoming support requests to prioritize and route them appropriately.
Utilize strong computer skills and database reporting tools to analyze system logs and performance data.
Engage in data collection and analysis to identify recurring issues and trends, contributing to proactive problem\-solving.
Implement and maintain effective data management practices for support\-related information.
Document and model user requirements for software improvements and new features.
Manage and maintain technical documentation, including solution articles and knowledge base entries, using document management systems.
Utilize file management systems effectively for organizing and retrieving technical assets.
Troubleshoot issues related to Graphical User Interface (GUI) components and user experience.

Proven experience in Application Development.
Strong analytical and assessment skills.
