Provide technical support to customers, for home\-automation and electronics products. This is an office\-based support role. You will not visit sites, but you will guide field installers and customers over phone, video, and chat. Strong electronics basics and fluent Hindi are mandatory.**Mandatory :Hindi Natural Speaker****Key Responsibilities / Duties**
1\.Technical Support* Assist installers with wiring, configuration, and troubleshooting over call/video.
- Diagnose hardware issues: sensors, relays, loads, power supplies, modules.
- Verify installation photos, wiring diagrams, and provide correction steps.
- Log issues clearly and escalate to R\&D/QC when required.
2\.Coordination \& Issue Tracking* Maintain detailed support logs, ticket status, and follow\-ups.
- Ensure issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
- Raise recurring issues to QC and R\&D for product improvements.
3\.Product Knowledge \& Testing* Understand basics of circuits, relays, loads, communication interfaces.
- Perform simple bench testing of units if needed.
- Support QC during new batch validations.
4\.Documentation* Update wiring diagrams, FAQs, troubleshooting sheets.
- Create simple guides for common installer mistakes and solutions.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications*** Diploma/BE in Electronics/Electrical/E\&C.
- Strong understanding of voltage, current, relays, loads, wiring basics.
- Good troubleshooting ability and clear logical thinking.
- Fluent Hindi is mandatory (you will communicate with installers across India).
- Basic English for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to remain calm during support calls and resolve issues practically.
- *Good to Have*** Experience in home automation, ELV, security systems, or similar.
- Prior support experience for electronics or hardware products.
- Familiarity with multimeter usage and basic hardware testing.
