System Administrator

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator – L2 Engineer with 4–5 years of experience to manage IT infrastructure, provide end\-user support, implement IT solutions, and ensure information security compliance at our client location.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Windows Server \& Active Directory: Implement AD in the existing workgroup environment, manage DNS, DHCP, GPO, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Microsoft 365: Administer Exchange Online, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, user accounts, licensing, and email troubleshooting.
• Fortinet Security: Manage FortiGate Firewall, FortiClient VPN, EMS, endpoint security, and network troubleshooting.
• Synology NAS \& Backup: Manage NAS storage, user data backups, access permissions, backup monitoring, and restoration.
• IT Help Desk: Provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and manage tickets within SLA.
• VIP Support: Provide priority technical support to the CEO, Directors, and senior management.
• Asset Management: Maintain IT inventory, asset allocation, warranty, licensing, and lifecycle records.
• SAP Coordination: Manage SAP\-related support tickets and coordinate with SAP vendors/technical teams.
• ISMS \& ISO 27001: Ensure compliance with IT security policies, maintain audit documentation, and support security audits.
• IT Operations: Perform preventive maintenance, infrastructure monitoring, vendor coordination, documentation, and reporting.

• *Required Skills**

Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, FortiGate Firewall, FortiClient EMS, Synology NAS, Networking, Backup Management, IT Help Desk, Asset Management, and ISO 27001 awareness.

Pay: ₹28,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
